How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy. Head to the Vagaro link to browse our services and grab a time that works for you through our online booking system. It only takes a minute, and you'll get a confirmation once you've booked. If you have questions before booking or want to chat about what service is right for you, give us a call at (587) 586-4408.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, and for big changes like a colour transformation or a significant cut, we encourage it. Before each hair cut, we will sit down with you and discuss what you're looking for. A short consultation means no surprises, an accurate quote, and a plan you both feel good about before we even touch your hair.
What's your cancellation policy?
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible to allow us to accommodate other clients.
How do you price your services?
Colour and chemical services depend on a few factors: the complexity of what you're after, the amount of product needed, and the time involved, which is why we can't always give an exact quote over the phone. The best way to get an accurate number is through a consultation, either in person or via a quick chat before you book. We'll always be upfront before anything starts.
